Legion
An enterprise AI platform for high-security enterprises and government orgs. I designed conversational and agentic AI workflow surfaces that helped users build trust in AI-driven document analysis and retrieval. My focus was on helping users quickly reach value, deepening confidence in the system, and creating repeatable engagement patterns that encouraged ongoing use for both technical admins, engineers, and non-technical end users in a variety of work environments. I implemented and trained cross-functional teams on design principles, insight gathering, and more.
Field Nation
A two-sided SaaS marketplace connecting enterprises with on-demand IT technicians and SMB teams. I led the redesign of existing, business-critical products with deep technical and organizational debt. Much of the work centered on accessibility, performance, streamlining workflows, improving the algorithm, building in technical resiliency, and improving visibility into reputation and reliability signals.
ClickBank
An established e-Commerce platform for digital sellers, their customers, and 3rd party affiliates. I owned design for the affiliate marketplace, the customer support platform, seller tools, and more. I focused on seller efficiency, order value, affiliate management, and retention in the seller experience. My efforts improved how creators launched, tracked, and optimized product performance.
